The challenge

With no existing website at the time of engagement, the work began with service categories, information hierarchy, onboarding clarity and contact pathways.

Working with an evolving business

At the time of the brief, the business was still defining its plans, pricing tiers and product range. The design needed to create a credible public presence without requiring every future offering to be finalised. A concise services overview and visible contact routes gave interested visitors somewhere useful to begin.

My contribution

Website structure, content hierarchy and interface design. The experience progressively introduces internet packages and coverage, guiding visitors toward an inquiry.

Built to grow

The navigation and layout accommodate future e-commerce and subscription management. These are expansion considerations, not claims of shipped functionality.

Outcome & next step

A scalable UX framework ready for implementation. The source case study describes the website as not yet fully live; future validation would use usability studies and inquiry-conversion analytics.
